The compound area is about 500 sqm (5400 sq ft). The size of the villa is about 240 sqm (2600 sq ft) including a front porch with partial view to the sea, and a back porch with a pool and view to the mountains. The villa has a living room, six bedrooms, well-accessorized kitchen, large dining room, full bath with shower, full bath with tub, and two half baths. Central AC (with separate control in each room and in the living room), a safe, free internet, a 50” TV in the living room, dining room and at the pool; connection to YES satellite, a desktop computer station with printer and web connection.
In each room: Clothes storage cabinet, 32” TV. Kitchen in the Moroccan Villa: Impeccably accessorized with large refrigerator, Tami4 water bar, oven, ceramic range, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.; option of hot plate and samovar by request. Villa compound: Private built pool (size: 8*4 depth: 1.4 m) with chairs and tanning beds. The pool is not roofed. Large refrigerator and washing station in pool area, shaded jacuzzi suitable for six people, wet sauna and dry sauna. In the yard: Ping pong table and pool table, electric grill, charcoal grill, sitting area and garden furniture in all of the outdoor space.
